Hey, welcome back to my digital diary! I know I’ve been away for a while since my last post — Psycho (1960) Full Review: The Birth of the Slasher Genre — but I’ve been so busy planning something exciting, and I can’t wait to share it soon!
Before that, I really wanted to write more blog updates first. July was a mix of work, events, meeting new friends (and bloggers!), and picking up fresh ideas. Honestly, time felt so short, but my mind was overflowing with things I want to do.
July Highlights
- Had my favourite sukiyaki for dinner — pure happiness! 🍲
- Earned a surprise side income from Facebook. Honestly thought it was impossible, but it’s real! I just need to post more… lately I’ve been slacking.
- Spent the weekend relaxing with movies and games — my way to release work stress.
- Won a small cashback from a lucky draw. Not much, but better than nothing!
- Getting ready for my podcast again (still brainstorming ideas daily).
- Tried “酸辣鱼” (sour & spicy fish) for the first time — not bad, but not really my taste. 😂
- Planned a movie day with Anthony and watched Rushmore — quite a funny one!
- Started my next book but still haven’t finished my Psycho book yet.
Digital Planner New Ideas
I’ve been working on a new planner for my personal recovery journey. I made some style changes, and honestly… I think it’s becoming a little piece of art in itself. I got inspired by a Chinese blogger who shares a lot of planner designs, but this one is just for me — a way to heal and express myself creatively.
Right now, I’m still tweaking the layout. I want it to feel just right. It’s my space for writing long diary entries, tracking what I’ve done (or not done), and reflecting. It’s not perfect yet, but I love how it’s coming together.
Here’s a little preview before it’s fully done.
I might still changing the layout
I think I still need to changing the layout again but somehow I think the art is really fun and awesome for me and of course I don’t think mine is better art for now still need to change till I feel it right. This planner just for my recovery diary that I will put my stuff or maybe just wrote a long diary inside to record what I did or not. I not sure it is perfect for now but I really love this so much and here is another for before.
So what do you think about this? Comment down below and let me know maybe I can get more ideas about it.
